Welcome to Colony Flow Level 1108. This level presents a beautifully detailed but incredibly stubborn pixel art pufferfish for you to disassemble. I played this board multiple times to find the safest route through the puzzle without getting stuck. You have a massive obstacle right from the start and some tricky block combinations in the tray. Follow my moves below to clear the board smoothly and keep your ants moving from start to finish.

Colony Flow Level 1108 Overview

What You Are Working With

The board features a large colorful pufferfish made of light blue, dark blue, teal, white, pink, and purple tiles. The most obvious challenge is the giant Hungry Door positioned on the bottom right side of the picture. This door requires 100 food units to open and covers a significant chunk of the fish. In your tray at the bottom of the screen you will find standard numbered blocks and multiple pairs of Connected Boxes. The connected boxes appear mainly in white and dark blue. You have five waiting slots available to hold your active blocks. The ants march out from the nest hole below the board and need a clear path to reach the food tiles.

What It Takes to Clear Level 1108 Board

Clearing this board means feeding that Hungry Door down to zero while simultaneously clearing the perimeter of the pufferfish to reach the inner colors. You must pull blocks from the tray in an order that always leaves at least one path open for your ants. If you fill all five waiting slots and no ants can clean the board you lose the level instantly. Because this level heavily features connected boxes you must be very careful with your available space. Connected boxes pull two blocks at once. If you only have one empty slot available the blocks will jam the tray. You win the level when the Hungry Door vanishes, every pixel is eaten, and the board is completely empty.

Colony Flow Level 1108 Step by Step Solution

Step 1: Begin by pulling teal and light blue blocks to target the outer border and start feeding the Hungry Door.

Your first goal is to get the ants moving and start chipping away at that massive 100 point Hungry Door. Pull the dark blue 28 block, the light blue 25 block, and the teal 25 block from the tray. The ants will stream out of the nest and target the outer edges of the pufferfish. They also begin feeding the Hungry Door on the bottom right. The door count will drop from 100 down to 45 during this opening sequence. Keep a close eye on your five waiting slots. Let these initial blocks count down significantly before you pull anything else. You always need room to maneuver.

Step 2: Deploy the first set of connected white boxes to clear out the large underbelly section.

Once your initial blocks finish and free up some slots you will see connected white boxes in the tray numbered 36 and 33. Ensure you have at least two empty waiting slots before you touch them. Tap the connected white boxes to bring them both up. Pull the pink 18 block alongside them. The ants will swarm the large white underbelly of the pufferfish and clear out the pink spots on the cheek. By clearing these lower sections you create wider paths for the ants to reach the upper fins and the remaining sides of the Hungry Door.

Step 3: Keep the slots clear and pull the pink and dark blue blocks to dissolve the left side.

With the door now sitting at 45 you need to focus on the left side of the fish to keep the board balanced. Pull the dark blue 9 block and the light blue 17 block into your open slots. The ants will march up the left side and eat away the large dark blue tail fin. The left side of the board will become very thin. You maintain a constant flow of ants by matching the right colors to the exposed pixels. Do not pull too many blocks at once. Let the dark blue and light blue blocks clear out completely so your waiting slots remain safe and open.

Step 4: Bring out the connected dark blue boxes to eliminate the upper fin area.

The Hungry Door drops down to 20 as the ants continue their work. Your tray will now reveal a new set of connected boxes in dark blue numbered 5 and 11. Wait until you have two completely empty slots. Pull the connected dark blue boxes up into the waiting area. The ants will rush to the top of the board and clear out the spiky dark blue top fin of the pufferfish. This removes a huge boundary from the top edge and gives the ants direct access to the light blue interior. The door count will continue to tick down slowly.

Step 5: Use the final teal blocks to drop the Hungry Door to zero and crack it open entirely.

The Hungry Door is now barely hanging on at 4. Pull the teal 9 block and the teal 3 block into the tray. The ants will carry the last few required food units to the door. Once the count hits zero the wooden chest pops open and completely disappears from the board. This is a massive turning point for this level. The entire right side of the pufferfish interior is now exposed. You no longer have to worry about the door blocking your path. You can now focus entirely on clearing the remaining pixel art fragments.

Step 6: Attack the newly exposed interior pixels by pulling the available purple blocks.

With the door gone the ants can finally reach the purple and pink tiles that were trapped underneath. Pull the purple 19 block and the dark purple 2 block into your active slots. The ants will sweep through the right side of the board and eat the purple details around the eye and the back edge. The pufferfish shape is now completely broken. The board turns into scattered islands of leftover pixels. Keep your slot management strict. Let the purple blocks finish their countdowns so they disappear from the tray and leave your slots open for the final stretch.

Step 7: Move the next set of connected white boxes into the tray to clear the remaining scattered belly pieces.

The tray gives you another pair of connected white boxes numbered 2 and 6. The board only has isolated white patches left in the lower middle area. Ensure you have two empty slots ready. Pull these connected white boxes safely into the waiting area. Pull the pink 13 block right after them. The ants will target the remaining white and pink fragments. Because the pieces are scattered the ants will take slightly longer paths to reach them. Be patient and let them finish the job without crowding the tray with unnecessary colors.

Step 8: Clear the final handful of light blue and purple pixels to completely empty the board.

You are now looking at a mostly empty board with just a few stray light blue, white, and purple tiles remaining. Pull the final light blue 17 block, the purple 23 block, and the last connected white blocks into the tray. Watch the ants run up and clear the very last pixels on the screen. Since you managed your five slots perfectly throughout the level you easily avoid any gridlock at the very end. The final block hits zero, the last pixel vanishes, and you secure the win.

Final Thought

This board tests your patience with that massive Hungry Door and your spatial awareness with the connected boxes. The key is simply refusing to rush your block pulls so you never choke your waiting slots. If you find any of these specific color sequences hard to picture from the text I highly encourage you to watch the video above this article. Seeing the ants clear the paths in real time makes the slot management strategy perfectly clear.
