Welcome to another puzzle guide. Today we are looking at Colony Flow Level 215. This stage presents a beautiful pixel art house surrounded by greenery. You will need to carefully manage your tray to dismantle this house piece by piece. The challenge lies in the connected boxes that force you to pull two colors at once. I will walk you through exactly how I clear this board without filling up the waiting slots.

Colony Flow Level 215 Overview

What You Are Working With

The board displays a large house with a red and brown roof. The walls are made of light orange and yellow tiles. Green bushes sit on the left side. A long strip of light green grass runs along the bottom edge of the house. You have a central nest hole where your ants spawn. The tray at the bottom holds your numbered blocks. This level features connected boxes. These are blocks linked together by a thick line. When you tap one of them the entire linked group moves up to your waiting slots. This means you must have enough empty slots to hold the whole group.

What It Takes to Clear Level 215 Board

To win this level you must feed every colored tile on the board to your ants. You feed them by pulling blocks from the tray into the five waiting slots. The ants match the color of the block and travel to the corresponding tiles on the board. You lose if all five waiting slots fill up and no ants can reach their target colors. You must constantly ensure that at least one block in your waiting area has an open path to its matching food. Clearing the level means carefully peeling back the outer layers of the picture to expose the inner colors while managing the connected boxes in your tray.

Colony Flow Level 215 Step by Step Solution

Step 1: Clear the bottom grass layer to open the board

The entire house is blocked by a solid line of light green grass at the bottom. You cannot reach the main walls or the roof until you completely remove this physical barrier. Tap a light green block from your tray to drop it into an empty waiting slot. The light green ants will immediately stream out of the nest hole and march directly along the bottom edge of the picture. They will eat the grass tiles one by one in a steady line. You will see the number on your block count down quickly as the ants consume the food. This first move opens up the bottom edge of the house walls and gives you vital access to the next layers of the puzzle.

Step 2: Send red ants to the right side roof and chimney

With the bottom grass gone new paths begin to open up around the lower edges of the house. Look for a red block in your tray and tap it to bring it up. The red ants will head straight toward the right side of the house and climb up to the lower roof. They will start clearing the red tiles on the lower right roof section and work their way up toward the tall chimney. This specific move is a great way to keep your waiting slots clear because the red tiles form a long continuous path. The ants will keep flowing without stopping and the red block will empty out quickly.

Step 3: Manage your first pair of connected boxes

screenshot

Now you will encounter the connected boxes in your tray for the first time. You will see a brown block permanently connected to a yellow block by a thick visual line. Before you tap them you must check your waiting slots. You must have at least two completely empty spaces available because both blocks will move up together. Tap the connected group when you have room. The brown ants will target the dark red trim on the roof sections. The yellow ants will look for any exposed yellow tiles on the inner walls. Since you opened the bottom edge earlier the yellow ants should have a clear path to the lower wall sections. Both colors will flow at the same exact time and quickly free up your slots again.

Step 4: Break into the right side walls with light orange ants

The right side of the board is now partially exposed and ready for clearing. Tap a light orange block to send ants into the outer wall on the right side. The light orange ants will march over and chew through the bright siding of the house. This action strips away a massive portion of the right side and opens up even more paths for future blocks. Always watch the numbers on your blocks as they sit in the queue. If a block finishes its countdown and disappears you instantly gain a free slot. Keeping the light orange ants busy ensures you maintain an active flow on the right side of the board.

Step 5: Send green ants to tackle the left side bushes

screenshot

You need to open the left side of the board to prevent a nasty bottleneck later in the level. Tap a dark green block from your tray to get things moving. The green ants will march quickly to the left and begin eating the thick bushes planted next to the house. This removes the outer green boundary on the left side and exposes the large sloping roof and the left side walls. Clearing these bushes is absolutely necessary because it gives you alternate paths. If the right side gets blocked you can easily send ants to the left side to keep your waiting slots empty.

Step 6: Pull yellow blocks to clear the central house walls

screenshot

With both the left and right sides fully exposed the main body of the house is ready to be dismantled. Tap your yellow blocks to send a swarm of ants into the central walls. The yellow tiles make up the large front windows and the main wooden panels of the house. There are many yellow tiles connected closely together so the ants will swarm the center area rapidly. The numbers on your yellow blocks will drop very fast. This rapid clearing is exactly what you want to keep your tray moving and your slots available for the next set of challenges.

Step 7: Handle the next set of connected boxes for the walls

screenshot

Another pair of connected boxes will appear in your tray and demand your attention. You will need to pull them up to keep digging into the core of the house. Make sure you have two open slots and pull the connected pair into the waiting area. The light orange ants will continue tearing down the remaining outer walls on both sides. The other color in the pair will target its matching tiles. Managing these connected boxes correctly is the main trick to beating this level. Never pull them if you only have one open slot or if neither color has an open path on the board.

Step 8: Clear the large sloping roof on the left side

The left side of the roof is a massive section of bright red tiles. Tap a high numbered red block to unleash a large group of red ants. They will travel all the way up the left side of the house and start consuming the sweeping roof structure. This process takes a little time because there are so many tiles clustered together. Leave the red block in your waiting slot and let the ants do their continuous work. Focus your attention on pulling other colors that have immediate paths to keep the rest of the board active.

Step 9: Use brown ants to finish the roof trim

The roof has dark red and brown trim that sits above the main red sections and adds detail to the house. Tap a brown block to send ants up to these highest top layers. They will eat the remaining trim pieces around the chimney and the sharp roof peaks. By now the entire house is looking very bare and hollow. Only small scattered patches of color remain around the board. Keep a very close eye on your waiting slots. You are near the very end and a careless pull could still cause a sudden jam.

Step 10: Clean up the final scattered wall tiles

You are finally down to the last few blocks sitting in your tray. Tap the remaining light orange and yellow blocks to finish the job. The ants will march out and clean up the final floating pieces of the walls. There are absolutely no obstacles left so the ants will easily path straight to their final targets. Watch the final blocks empty out and completely disappear from your waiting area. Once the last tile is eaten the board is completely clear and you have successfully won the level.

Final Thought

This level tests your ability to plan ahead with connected boxes. You must always think two full steps in advance before pulling a linked pair into your waiting slots. Keeping the bottom grass and side bushes open early gives you the much needed flexibility to manage those tricky blocks. If you find any of these written moves difficult to picture in your head feel free to watch the video above this article to see exactly how the paths unfold in motion. Keep your waiting area completely clear and you will easily beat this board.
