Welcome to Colony Flow Level 770. You will face a large orange and yellow curled cat design surrounded by a solid light blue background today. This stage tests your ability to handle connected blocks without jamming your limited tray space. I played through this board directly and verified every move so you can follow along easily.
Colony Flow Level 770 Overview
What You Are Working With
The main image is a curled sleeping cat made of pixel art tiles. The outer edges form a massive light blue background that traps the interior picture. The cat body consists of yellow and orange tiles layered together. You will find dark purple tiles forming the thick outline of the ears, head, and tail. There are also pink and white details scattered on the paws and cheeks. The tray starts with single light blue blocks carrying very high numbers like 40 and 50. As you dig deeper into the tray, you will reveal multiple connected blocks. These linked boxes force you to play two or more colors at the exact same time. You must have valid open targets for every color in a connected chain or you risk filling your waiting slots and ruining your run.
What It Takes to Clear Level 770 Board
Clearing this board requires you to strip the picture from the outside in. The light blue background blocks every other color from being reached by your colony. You must feed the ants enough light blue blocks to eat away the entire perimeter first. Once the edges are gone, the dark purple outline opens up. You then strip away the outline to expose the yellow and orange body underneath. You win when every single tile is gone and the ants march off the screen. You lose if you pull blocks that have no open path and your five slots fill completely. The core strategy is maintaining patience and never pulling a connected block until all of its tied colors can physically touch open tiles.
Colony Flow Level 770 Step by Step Solution
Step 1: You pull the high number light blue blocks to strip away the outer background
You begin the level staring at a wall of light blue tiles. The entire cat is completely encased in this bright background. Your tray is full of single light blue blocks carrying high numbers. You need to pull the 40 block and the 47 block first. The ants will swarm out of the nest hole and eat the bottom edges of the background. Do not pull any other colors yet. You must wait for the ants to chew away the left and right sides of the blue border. This slow clearing action opens a path toward the top of the board. Pull the 50 light blue block next to send a huge wave of ants wrapping around the sides and over the top.
Step 2: You open the dark purple borders by feeding the ants the purple outline blocks
You now have access to the dark purple outlines. Once the background recedes enough, the bottom outer edges of the cat are fully exposed to your colony. The tray presents a connected block set featuring a dark purple 30 block. Pull this purple block into your slots. The ants will climb up the open paths and start eating the dark purple pixels that outline the cat paws and face. This step is mandatory because you cannot reach the yellow or orange interior tiles without breaking this purple barrier first. Keep watching the top left corner of the screen to ensure the ants maintain a continuous active path.
Step 3: You sequence the first pink and light blue connected blocks to clear the paw details
You must carefully sequence the new connected blocks filling your tray. The tray will reveal a pink block linked directly to a light blue block. Before you pull this pair into your slots, check the state of the board. The pink tiles are located inside the paws and the tail. You need to make sure the purple outline around the paws is completely gone before tapping the screen. Once the physical path is clear, tap the connected blocks. The ants will split up into two distinct groups. One group will finish the remaining inner light blue background gaps while the other group tackles the pink paw details. This dual action frees up two slots at once and keeps your tray moving.
Step 4: You start breaking down the yellow and orange body tiles on the left side
You can now start breaking down the yellow and orange body tiles making up the cat face. A connected pair featuring a dark red 36 block and a yellow 30 block appears in your tray. You will notice the yellow tiles on the left side of the cat face are now fully exposed to the open board. Pull this connected pair immediately. The ants will quickly clear out the left cheek and the ear sections. The dark red block handles some of the darker shading tiles located near the bottom edge. Make sure your waiting slots are mostly empty before committing to this move. You always want an extra buffer slot available just in case a large number takes a long time to count down to zero.
Step 5: You hold back the massive pink block until the thick orange layers fall
You must hold back the large pink block until the path opens perfectly. A massive pink 55 block shows up in the tray and sits there waiting. It is very tempting to pull it immediately to clear space. Do not pull it yet. The pink tiles are clustered deep inside the tail and the right paw. You must pull the orange 44 block and the orange 50 block first. These bright orange blocks will clear out the thick layers of the cat body that currently block access to the pink sections. Send the ants up to eat the orange tiles. Once the thick orange wall falls away, you can safely pull the pink 55 block and watch the ants rush in to clear the spots.
Step 6: You pull the large white block to clear the belly and open inner background gaps
You shift your focus to the white belly of the cat next. With the orange and pink sections getting much smaller, the white pixels at the bottom right are finally exposed. Find the white 50 block in your tray and pull it down. The ants will march directly to the lower right corner and consume the large white patch. This clears out a massive chunk of the board and opens up the final inner background sections. You can also pull the remaining light blue 20 block now. This lets the ants clean up the newly exposed background gaps wedged between the tail and the main body.
Step 7: You pull the massive four part connected chain only when every color has an open path
You tackle the massive four part connected chain sitting in the tray. As you dig deeper into the available blocks, a very long connected string appears. It links a dark purple 31 block, an orange 13 block, a pink 13 block, and a yellow 23 block together. This is the single most dangerous move of the entire level. If you pull this chain too early, it will fill four of your five slots instantly and cause a permanent jam. You must guarantee that every single color in this chain has an open path on the board. Look closely at the remaining top pieces of the cat. The purple inner ear outlines, the pink tail spots, the orange back, and the yellow face must all be touching empty space. When they are ready, pull the chain and let the ants clear all four colors simultaneously.
Step 8: You eliminate the top arc of the orange tail with heavy orange blocks
You eliminate the top arc of the orange tail to shrink the board further. The picture is now significantly smaller than when you started. Only the upper curve of the tail and the very top of the head remain visible. You will find an orange 35 block and an orange 44 block waiting in the tray. Pull these blocks one after the other into your slots. The ants will travel all the way up the left side of the screen and eat across the top edge of the tail. This action drastically reduces the total tile count left on the screen. Keep an eye on your slots and only pull a new block when one finishes completely.
Step 9: You clean up the remaining connected block pairs to expose the final pixels
You clean up the remaining connected block pairs to strip away the final details. You will see a pink block linked to an orange block in your tray. By now, the final pink spots on the very tip of the tail are totally exposed. Tap this connected pair to clear out the last major chunk of the tail design. The ants will finish the pink dots and then eat the surrounding orange tiles. Your board should now look very sparse with just a few scattered pixel clusters left floating near the top.
Step 10: You send the final glowing yellow block to clear the last scattered tiles
You send the final blocks to clear out the stragglers and finish the level. The picture is now just a handful of yellow, orange, and white tiles. You will see a yellow 33 block and an orange 5 block taking up space in your slots. Let the ants finish their current paths without interruption. Once the physical paths open up completely, pull the glowing yellow 25 block from the center of the tray. The ants will scramble to eat the very last yellow pixels scattered on the top of the head. When the final colored tile disappears, the remaining ants retreat to the nest and you officially clear the stage.
Final Thought
This stage requires tight discipline with your connected blocks. You must resist the urge to tap colorful blocks just because they appear in the tray. Always verify your physical paths on the board first. If any of these connected chain movements feel confusing in text, I highly encourage you to watch the video above this article. Seeing the ants navigate the purple outlines in real time will help you master the exact timing needed to keep your slots perfectly clear.
