Welcome to another puzzle guide where we break down exactly how to conquer the toughest boards. Colony Flow Level 1127 presents a beautiful pixel art forest scene that quickly becomes a tricky challenge. You have to feed your hungry ants while managing a very tight tray of numbered colored blocks. I played this board multiple times to find the perfect sequence so you avoid jamming your limited slot space. Stick with my proven method and you will clear the entire picture without breaking a sweat.
Colony Flow Level 1127 Overview
What You Are Working With
The board features a highly detailed scenic landscape built entirely out of brightly colored food tiles. Right in the center you will find a large body of blue water. Thick green foliage and tall brown tree trunks surround this blue lake on all sides. An orange and brown hammock hangs suspended between the two main trees right in the middle of the picture. Scattered along the very bottom grass layer are several bright pink flowers adding a pop of color to the ground. Up in the top right corner sits a bright pink Hungry Door bearing the number sixteen. The tray at the bottom of your screen holds all your numbered blocks in shades of blue, green, brown, orange, and pink. Some of these blocks appear as Connected Boxes which means they are physically linked together. When you tap a connected block both colors travel up to your waiting slots at the exact same time.
What It Takes to Clear Level 1127 Board
Winning this level requires you to carefully peel the picture away from the outside edges toward the inner center. The ants spawn continuously from the round nest hole at the bottom of the screen. They always need clear open paths to reach their matching colored targets. If you pull a block from the tray and the ants cannot reach that specific color on the board the block will sit permanently in one of your five waiting slots. Filling all five slots with trapped colors ends your game instantly with a loss. You must constantly monitor the remaining numbers on your active blocks to ensure they finish completely. This frees up precious space before you deploy new colors. For this specific board you will clear the outer grass and the sky first to create wide traffic lanes for your colony. Then you will systematically dismantle the tree trunks to reach the hammock and the pink flowers. Those pink flowers are your only source of food for the Hungry Door at the top so you must expose them before you can open the exit.
Colony Flow Level 1127 Step by Step Solution
Step 1: Clear the outer blue and light green tiles first.
Your very first moves must focus on creating breathing room along the left side of the board. Tap a blue block and a light green block from your starting tray to send them up to the waiting slots. The ants will stream out of the hole and head straight up the left border to eat the outer edge of the blue sky and the top canopy foliage. The blue block will slowly tick down to fifteen and the light green block will drop to four. Watch the ants chew through the top left corners. This precise action opens up physical access to the deeper layers of the trees and the grass. Do not pull any brown blocks yet because the ants do not have a clear path to reach the main tree trunks. Keep your waiting slots completely empty except for these two active green and blue colors.
Step 2: Strip away the thick bottom grass layer.
With the top left corner thinning out nicely you need to focus on the heavy green section at the bottom. Tap another light green block from the tray and send your colony deep into the tall grass. The ants will swarm the lower left portion of the board and eat away the entire foundation of the picture. The number on your light green block will drop to twenty as the swarm works horizontally across the bottom edge. By removing this thick layer of grass you expose the base of the tall brown trees and uncover the delicate edges of the pink flowers. You still want to hold off on pulling the pink block at this exact moment. Just let the active green block finish its countdown and disappear completely from your waiting slot so you regain that space.
Step 3: Clear the top right water section to reach the door.
Now that the left side and the bottom edge have wide open traffic lanes you can turn your attention to the right side of the screen. Pull a fresh blue block from the tray to target the top right section of the lake water. The ants will march aggressively up the right side and carve out huge chunks of the blue lake. This blue block will eventually tick all the way down to two before it finishes its run. Clearing this specific upper area is critical because the pink Hungry Door sits right above it. You absolutely need those blue tiles gone so your ants can reach the door later when you finally deploy your pink blocks. Allow the blue block to vanish completely and verify that your slots have open space before moving forward.
Step 4: Dismantle the brown tree trunks on both sides.
The outer layers are mostly gone and the thick brown tree trunks are now completely exposed to your swarm. Pull a heavy brown block from the tray to begin the logging process. Your ants will split up naturally and attack the trees on both the left and the right sides of the hammock. You will see massive vertical sections of the forest structure disappear in seconds. This is the perfect time to pull a dark green block as well. The dark green block will drop down to five while the brown block reaches nine. The ants will seamlessly transition between eating the brown bark and clearing out the dark green leaves surrounding the branches. This double attack completely hollows out the middle of the board and leaves only the hammock and the remaining flowers.
Step 5: Pull the connected boxes to tackle the inner hammock.
The tray will now present you with a new challenge in the form of multiple Connected Boxes. You will see a pink block tied directly to a brown block resting in the tray. Because the pink flowers are fully exposed at the bottom you can safely tap this pink and brown pair. The ants will consume the pink tiles and begin to unlock the Hungry Door at the top right. Simultaneously the brown block will feed the ants working on the wooden ends of the orange hammock. Managing connected blocks requires you to have open board space for both colors at the same time. By waiting until this exact moment you guarantee that neither color will get stuck waiting in your limited slots.
Step 6: Feed the Hungry Door and clear the remaining flowers.
As the connected pink block does its heavy lifting the ants will rush the top right corner to satisfy the Hungry Door. The door requires exactly sixteen units of food to open fully. Your pink block has just enough juice to finish off the flowers and unlock the door simultaneously. During this massive rush your waiting slots will look a little bit crowded. You will have a brown twelve block a blue one block a pink one block a light green eight block and a dark green four block all sitting in the tray. This crowded state is perfectly safe because every single one of those colors has an open active path on the board. The ants will bounce rapidly between the last pieces of the hammock the final blue water droplets and the door itself.
Step 7: Clean up the final scattered foliage pixels.
The Hungry Door is now completely gone and the center hammock has vanished entirely from the screen. Only a few scattered green and blue pixels remain on the bare canvas. Tap your final light green and dark green blocks to send the colony after these very last pieces. You will see a light green twenty one block and a dark green five block sitting in your slots. The ants will spread out wide in a large circle following the original border of the picture to hunt down every single surviving pixel. They will grab the last bits of grass at the bottom right and the final leaves at the top left. Once they consume the very last green square the screen will flash and you will win the board.
Final Thought
Level 1127 tests your patience with connected blocks and a tight visual layout. As long as you peel the picture from the outside edges first you will always leave enough room for your colony to work efficiently. Keep your waiting slots clear and never pull a color unless you see a valid open path.
